In the past week, LXML has reported an increase in COVID-19 cases due to broader community transmission in Vilabouly District, where Sepon Mine is located. The company is continuing to rigorously trace and test positive cases, most have displayed only mild symptoms or none at all.  All LXML employees have received three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

The company has stopped all sporting activities, closed mess and entertainment areas, and is restricting access to site to fully vaccinated persons.

The company continues to closely work with the local, provincial, and central government authorities to keep employees and community safe.
