The company was honoured with two awards: the Top Follower 2024 Award, recognizing its exceptional follower engagement on 108 Jobs, and the Most Active Employer Award, acknowledging its high volume of job postings.

During a recent meeting, Mr. Bounthanorm Khamkhosy, Senior Superintendent of Human Resources, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the 108 Jobs Team. LXML has made significant investments in human resources development, with a focus on enhancing the skills of its employees. The company has allocated over US$4 million for tertiary scholarships for Lao nationals and over US$680,000 to support training resources at the Savannakhet Vocational School. Since the initiation of these programs, a total of 10,625 trainees have completed training, with over 16,175 training hours delivered by the middle of 2024.

In addition to its investment in training, LXML prioritizes local labor and values its local workforce. The company boasts an impressive 93% ratio of Lao nationals among its approximately 4,000 employees and contractors, with 63% coming from local communities and 25% comprised of women.
