On March 10, 2025, Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) commemorated the 115^th anniversary of International Women’s Day (March 8, 2025), with a special ceremony at the Sepon Mine site. This event aimed to honor and recognized the achievements of female employees, strengthen teamwork and relationships, foster unity and harmony, and promote inclusive participation among all employees within the company.

The celebration included engaging sports activities designed for female employees, fostering solidarity and enjoyment. Additionally, five exceptional female employees from various departments were awarded for their outstanding performance. These awards were presented by Mr. Jeremy Davidson, General Manager of LXML, in recognition of their significant contributions to the company.
