Chifeng Gold’s Lane Xang Minerals Limited (LXML) Company operates the Sepon Gold and Copper Operation, located in Vilabouly District, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR. We are committed to the development of Laos through our production of cooper and gold, whilst striving for business excellence throughout the business. In 2024, our planned production is 6,200 kg of Gold and 5,305 tonnes of copper.

In support of this growth, we are looking for Warehouse Supervisor to join our team to deliver on our growth plans and be a part of this exciting future.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Report and monitor warehouse and inventory performance metrics and ensure team practices align to support high availability.

• Ensure materials are fit for purpose and stored correctly including periodic maintenance of critical and insurance spares.

• Maintain relationships with site and group functional teams and co-ordinate activities to ensure materials are available on site when they are required.
• Through continuous improvement strive to provide the best possible service to customers.
• Ensure stock levels are accurately reported and maintained for reporting purposes.
• Always look for and suggest ways for continuous improvement in all aspects of warehousing.
• Ensure reports of any missing stock is reported to your line manager.
• Pro-actively identify and escalate material availability problems.  Follow-up resolution with support functions to promote material availability.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Proven work experience in warehouse area at least 3 years.
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages (Pronto) and MS Office proficiency.
• Good communication skills with intermediate written and spoken English.
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to allocate tasks via Creating Save Work and CPORT.
• Ability to create JSEA and review SOP for the team.
• Driver’s license Class B.
