Chifeng Gold’s Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) operates the Sepon Gold and Copper Operation, located in Vilabouly District, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR. Reporting to the Lead Administration, the Translator (Chinese, English and Lao) provides accurate translation, interpretation, and administrative support to the Site Engineering & Planning team. The role facilitates effective communication, supports document control and work management processes, and ensures compliance with confidentiality, safety, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide accurate and timely translation and interpretation services in Chinese, English, and Lao.
• Support effective communication across engineering, planning, maintenance, and operational teams.
• Translate, review, and proofread technical documents, reports, correspondence, and work management records.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of translated information.
• Maintain translation records and controlled documents in accordance with company standards.
• Liaise effectively with employees, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Comply with company policies, document control requirements, and safety standards.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Translation, Languages, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in translation, interpretation, administration, or a similar role.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, with effective communication skills in Lao.
• Strong translation and interpretation skills; mining or industrial experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
