Specialist – Master Data

Chifeng Gold’s Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) operates the Sepon Gold and Copper Operation, located in Vilabouly District, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR. Reporting to the Supervisor – Master Data and Coaching, the Specialist – Master Data is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and governance of maintenance master data in Pronto. The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of assets, preventive maintenance, and standard job data, while providing support and coaching to users to promote compliance with master data standards and work management processes.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Maintain and govern maintenance master data within Pronto.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of asset and maintenance data.
• Manage asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance strategies, and standard job plans.
• Support continuous improvement of master data standards and processes.
• Provide coaching and support to planners and system users on master data best practices.
• Monitor data quality and drive corrective actions where required.
• Ensure compliance with work management processes and data governance standards.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
• Qualification in Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in maintenance, asset management, or master data.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preferably Pronto.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and asset data management.
• Effective communication in Lao and English, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
