Graduate Engineer - Mining

Chifeng Gold’s Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) operates the Sepon Gold and Copper Operation, located in Vilabouly District, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR. Reporting to the Senior Engineer – Mining, the Graduate Engineer - Mining is responsible for supporting mining engineering functions across both Underground and Open Pit Mining.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Conduct field observations and collect production data.
•Support short-term production planning and reporting.
•Assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking.
•Prepare reconciliation and performance reports.
•Support drill and blast design and preparation.
•Collaborate with Mine Technical Service teams.
•Build technical skills through training and mentoring.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or other related fields.
•Fresh graduates, internship or field experience in mining industry are encouraged to apply.
•Understanding of the mining cycle and geotechnical characteristics.
•Familiarity with 3D design software is an advantage.
•Strong communication and teamwork skills.
•Adaptability and willingness to learn.
•English language skills are desirable but not essential.
•Valid Class B driver’s license.
