On 17 March 2026 – Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML), in collaboration with the Vilabouly District Administration, convened a meeting to review the implementation of the Comunity Trust Fund for 2025 and to establish strategic directions for 2026.

The meeting was co-chaired by Mr. Souksakhone Phothilath, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the District Party Executive Committee, and Mr. Saman Aneka, Managing Director of LXML, with participation from the Fund Management Committee and relevant stakeholders.

In 2025, the Community Trust Fund delivered positive results, with a total of 34 development projects proposed and implemented. Of these, 26 projects have been successfully completed, while the remaining projects are progressing under close supervision. Overall, project outcomes achieved approximately 90% of the planned targets. These initiatives have contributed to continued improvements in local infrastructure, generating both direct and indirect benefits for communities and progressively enhancing their quality of life.

Beyond infrastructure development, LXML has also prioritized local employment by working closely with contractors to create job opportunities for communities in surrounding areas. This has supported stable income generation, enabling households to improve their living conditions and strengthen their economic resilience in a sustainable manner.

Looking ahead to 2026, the meeting reached consensus on key priorities, including the identification of new development projects with a stronger emphasis on transparency and enhanced community participation. These measures aim to further improve the effectiveness of fund implementation and ensure tangible, long-term development outcomes.

LXML reaffirms its commitment to corporate social responsibility and will continue to work in close partnership with local authorities to drive sustainable development initiatives, maximizing benefits for communities surrounding the Sepon Mine Project.
