Chifeng Gold’s Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) operates the Sepon Gold and Copper Operation, located in Vilabouly District, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR. We are committed to the development of Laos through our production of cooper and gold, whilst striving for business excellence throughout the business. In 2024, our planned production is 6,200 kg of Gold and 5,305 tonnes of Copper.

In support of this growth, we are looking for Trainer - Processing to join our team to deliver on our growth plans, and be a part of this exciting future.

The main responsibility is to provide training and skill development in processing-related activities.

Key Accountabilities or Activities:

• Deliver mineral processing-related training.
• Assist in training package development.
• Conduct and support competency verification process.
• Provide support to departments in mineral processing training and competency verification.

 Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor or advanced diploma in mineral processing, laboratory, mining or other related fields.
• Intermediate level of English skills.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Good communication, scheduling and time management skills.
• Previous experience in the mining industry and training role will be an advantage.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with ability to maintain direction and achieve work objectives with minimal supervision.
