Reporting to the mobile maintenance superintendent, the Supervisor - Mobile Maintenance is responsible for maintenance (planned, preventative, and breakdown) of the mobile equipment is carried out safely & in a timely manner to ensure all heavy equipment availability, process targets, budgets and corporate objectives are reached on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Analyse work/planning performance during PM and planned work and provide feedback on downtime reduction ideas.Raise and completion of work orders, entering notifications and time confirmation in Intuition for mobile equipment maintenance.
• Build and coordinate a high performance Mobile Maintenance Team.
• Maximise mining equipment and associated equipment availability and reduce costs.
• Promote a safe workplace through demonstrated personal behaviour and commitment to safety and the environment, leading by example and initiating good practices.
• Coach, mentor & develop all staff - both direct & indirect reports.
• Drive continuous improvement through mobile maintenance.

 Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical & Vocational College or equivalent field.
• Technical trade background or trade knowledge and skills
• Intermediate Professional English.
• Current Lao drivers licence class (BCD).
• 5 years’ experience in mining, minerals/chemical processing with demonstrated experience in equipment improvement.
• 2-5 years’ supervisory experience & heavy mobile equipment maintenance.
• Light, medium & heavy equipment exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems and apply analytical skills.
• Exposure to engineering/maintenance improvement projects.
