In support of this growth, we are looking for Supervisor - Load & Haul Mining to join our team to deliver on our growth plans, and be a part of this exciting future.

Reporting directly to the Superintendent – Load & Haul Mining, the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of activities at a designated mining area. Along with ensuring the 24-hour shift production plan is executed and completed to target. Uphold all the safety requirements and keep employees accountable regarding their safety commitment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Direct supervision to all Mining fleet both LXML and Contractor to align and achieve the production as per plan, assign the mining fleet to ensure each of equipment correct setup according to pit priority in daily mining sequence, and check.
• Control fleet matching in the field to reduce the idle time and clearly instruction to operators, correct digging and dumping area.
• Optimise the trucks cycle time by maintain good pit floor, good road surface and good dump floor, digger loading cycle time, full load to the truck to improve truck payload to achieve target, and utilization of ancillary equipment (Small digger, Dozer, Grader etc) to support the load and haul equipment by maintain loading area, road and dumping area.
• Control, monitor and precision digging plan to delivery ore to rom pad as per plan. And control loading area, road, dump and stockpile and management to ensure optimum waste and ore removal from pit to waste dump or ore S/P.
• Make sure excavation mining following all designs parameters for accuracy compliance to plan and to avoid unclear UXO digging area and pit floor monitoring consistency.
• Make sure haulage and dumping activities following all dumping direction base on type of material and dumping direction to design.

 Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• High Diploma, Trade Degree, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in open pit operations, and supervise operational activities, especially at load and haul activities.
• Knowledge or understand of technical Heavy Equipment Operation.
• Accountability to supervise, control and motivate all crew members to achieve shift production target.
• English speaking is in advantage.
• Lao Driving License Class B.
