Chifeng Gold’s Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) operates the Sepon Gold and Copper Operation, located in Vilabouly District, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR. We are committed to the development of Laos through our production of cooper and gold, whilst striving for business excellence throughout the business. In 2025, our planned production is 5,703 kg of Gold and 10,010 tonnes of copper.

Reporting to the Manager – Commercial, the Superintendent - Accounting is responsible for accounting operations to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting, leading the accounting team, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee daily financial transactions to ensure financial data integrity.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and regulatory reports.
• Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations and identify/resolve outstanding issues.
• Manage tax returns on a monthly and annual basis.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Train, supervise, and mentor accounting staff.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4-5 years of Accounting and Finance.
• Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases, including spreadsheet management, creating charts, and using advanced formulas.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership ability with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Lao and English.
