Chifeng Gold’s Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) operates the Sepon Gold and Copper Operation, located in Vilabouly District, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR. We are committed to the development of Laos through our production of cooper and gold, whilst striving for business excellence throughout the business. In 2025, our planned production is 5,703 kg of Gold and 10,010 tonnes of copper.

Reporting to the Superintendent – Communication and Public Relations, the Specialist Communication and Public Relations is responsible for plan, develop, and deliver professional communication and public relations materials that strengthen LXML’s corporate reputation, promote transparency, and support engagement with internal and external stakeholders. The role ensures consistent branding, high-quality corporate design, photography, media content, and online visibility that reflect LXML’s leadership in responsible mining and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and implement communication and public relations materials aligned with LXML and Chifeng Gold corporate standards.
• Design and produce professional corporate publications, flyers, brochures, newsletters, banners, promotional materials and visual materials for both internal and external communication.
• Capture, edit, and archive high-quality photographs and videos for documentation, publication, and digital storytelling.
• Draft, edit, and translate media releases, feature stories, and communication content.
• Manage and update online and social media platforms such as Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube with creative and engaging content to enhance LXML’s visibility.
• Support coordination of public events, CSR activities, exhibitions, media visits, and government relations communication.
• Collaborate closely with CSR, SHE, HR and other departments to ensure accurate, timely, and brand-consistent information flow.
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure accurate information representation to safeguard the company’s reputation.

 Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Graphic Design (or equivalent experience)
• Advanced English communication and Chinese are an advantage
• Valid driving license preferred (B)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in communication, PR, or design (preferably in mining, corporate, or development sector)
• Proven record in managing communication projects and producing creative content.
