Chifeng Gold’s Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) operates the Sepon Gold and Copper Opera-tion, located in Vilabouly District, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR. We are committed to the development of Laos through our production of cooper and gold, whilst striving for business excellence throughout the busi-ness. In 2025, our planned production is 5,703 kg of Gold and 10,010 tonnes of copper.

Reporting to the Vice General Manager - Maintenance, the Senior Superintendent – Site Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of remote workforce accommodations (camps), ensuring that all services, including catering, housekeeping, facilities, transportation operate efficiently and meet safety, health, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of camp services; including catering, housekeeping, laundry, recreational facilities, transportation, gardening and pest control.
• Ensure that all facilities and equipment are well-maintained and operational.
• Implement and monitor service contracts with third-party vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop and maintain operational plans, budgets, and schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of camp supervisors and staff to maintain high levels of performance, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.
• Enforce and uphold safety protocols, including emergency preparedness plans, risk assessments, and health regulations to ensure the well-being of all camp personnel.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of camp services with overall project objectives.
• Lead and manage responses to any emergency situations within the camp, ensuring the safety and well-being of all staff and camp residents.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in hospitality or customer service sectors.
• Valid Lao driver’s licence (B).
• Has strong public speaking Lao & English, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely through written and oral forms.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing large teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in budgeting and cost management.
