Chifeng Gold’s Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) operates the Sepon Gold and Copper Operation, located in Vilabouly District, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR. We are committed to the development of Laos through our production of cooper and gold, whilst striving for business excellence throughout the business. In 2025, our planned production is 5,703 kg of Gold and 10,010 tonnes of copper.

Reporting to the Superintendent - Medical, the Senior Paramedic is responsible to lead and guide the paramedics in responding to all medical emergency situations on site. The incumbent together with the doctors will lead a team of paramedics and be responsible for leading the emergency medical response team in all medical emergency incidents. They will be responsible for training and mentoring for the paramedics towards medical initiatives and paramedic skills training.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide emergency medical assistance, such as CPR or first aid care.
• Transport patients safely to the clinic and/or coordinate emergency medical evacuation.
• Assist the doctors during emergency medical interventions.
• Provide guidance and training to the paramedics to improve their paramedic skills.
• Conduct daily clinic emergency room and ambulance emergency equipment pre-start checks and preventive maintenance.
• Undergo paramedic staff training and professional development plans.
• Act in a responsible, courteous manner and exhibit the appropriate levels of sensitivity during all interactions with colleagues, local communities, visitors and government officials.

 Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor of medical doctor.
• Trained and certified on paramedic field, basic trauma management and ambulance pre-hospital care, cardio pulmonary resuscitation, basic life support, and advance cardiac life support.
• Experience in remote site emergency medical practices, common medical emergencies, basic trauma management and emergency first aid skills, and emergency medical evacuation and working in a culturally diverse area.
• Good knowledge of paramedic skills, patient immobilization and handling.
• Good communication of the Lao and English languages.

• Compute skills in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).

• Hold a valid Lao driver’s license (Class B).
