Chifeng Gold’s Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) operates the Sepon Gold and Copper Operation, located in Vilabouly District, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR. We are committed to the development of Laos through our production of cooper and gold, whilst striving for business excellence throughout the business. In 2024, our planned production is 6,200 kg of Gold and 5,305 tonnes of Copper.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us during the growth phase of our business and champion diversity through all stages of our recruitment.
In support of this growth, we are looking for Sale Supervisor to join our team to deliver on our growth plans, and be a part of this exciting future.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Work with production department to prepare monthly sales plans which shall be communicated with customers on time.
- Manage and deliver Sepon copper cathode to logistics company’s warehouse before shipment to customers and maintain accuracy inventory records.
- Organize and manage shipments to customers with effective communications with all relevant parties.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of export and shipment documents.
- Seek pricing guidance from the management and then place sales orders to customers accordingly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure payments on schedule.
- Follow up with customers and internal production department to resolve any sales issues including quantity and quality variances.
- Prepare monthly sales and inventory reports to the management and accounting.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Build up relationships with site personnel, including contractors and government representatives who are involved in the sales process.
- Negotiate new sales contracts with current customers or new customers.
- Ensuring business requirements are fulfilled and value is optimized.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding target.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Attention to detail.
- Microsoft suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
- English and Lao language.
