Chifeng Gold’s Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) operates the Sepon Gold and Copper Operation, located in Vilabouly District, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us during the growth phase of our business and champion diversity through all stages of our recruitment.

Reporting to the Senior HR – Business Partner, the Recruiter is responsible for facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process, including the selection and onboarding of local employees, and supporting expatriate recruitment activities as required. The role also provides backup support to the HR Operations section as directed by the line manager.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the development of Position Descriptions, key duties, and selection criteria.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Lao employees, including interviews, travel arrangements, contracts, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activities.
  • Ensure tasks are completed within required timeframes and manage workload effectively under pressure.
  • Contribute to recruitment strategy development and updates of job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post vacancies across appropriate platforms.
  • Conduct interviews using reliable selection methods and ensure timely candidate evaluation.
  • Process the SSO for new fixed - term and fulltime employees.
  • Process the pre-medical check-up and advertisement post invoices payment.
  • Record the probation details of Lao and Expatriate.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role; mining industry experience is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment functions and processes.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Good understanding of Lao Labour Law in an HR context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees across the organization.
