Planner (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)

Chifeng Gold’s Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) operates the Sepon Gold and Copper Operation,
located in Vilabouly District, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR. We are committed to the development of Laos

Reporting to the Superintendent – Project Controls, the Planner (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) will be
responsible for the detailed planning of work packages such that capital projects are delivered to schedule and
budget. The work package development would include work breakdown structures, work method statements,
resource and material planning and procurement, risk assessments, budgets and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Create work breakdown structures.
• Develop work method statements.
• Estimate and plan material/labor demands across multiple work packages.
• Procure necessary resources and labor.
• Assist in risk assessments and contingency planning.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and shutdown/tie-in plans.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Project planning/management certification is preferrable.
• 5 years’ experience in site based project roles.
• Proficient in CMMS (e.g., Pronto) and MS Office (Excel, Project).
• Good English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
