Chifeng Gold’s Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) operates the Sepon Gold and Copper Operation, located in Vilabouly District, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR. We are committed to the development of Laos through our production of cooper and gold, whilst striving for business excellence throughout the business. In 2025, our planned production is 5,703 kg of Gold and 10,010 tonnes of copper.

Reporting to the Supervisor - Aerodrome, the Officer - Aerodrome is responsible for the day-to-day safe operation of the Aerodrome. This will incorporate the duties of inspecting and maintaining the facilities. Whilst assisting with the preparation for dispatching aircraft from the Aerodrome. Additionally, maintaining effective communications with incoming flight, and in the unlikely event of an emergency activating the emergency response procedure.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Inform pilots on duty about blasting notifications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the fire truck is at the airport 15 minutes prior to taking off and landing.
• Obtain weather information and disseminate to any operation aircraft and Lao Air base via radio and ground line communications.
• Conduct weather observation prior to aircraft departing for Vientiane (not longer than 30 minutes prior to departure and again 30 minutes prior to landing. Relay weather data to Security control.
• Assemble, weighing, checking in and submitting documentation of passengers and freight
• Prioritize, manage, and monitor flight scheduling.
• Complete assigned tasks within designated periods.

 Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor of Business Administration Management.
• Knowledge of Business Administration, Logistics and Management.
• Have 2 years of experience in administrative roles with different cultures.
• Good communication of the Lao and English languages.
• Hold a valid Lao driver’s license (Class B).
• Compute skills in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
