Chifeng Gold’s Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) operates the Sepon Gold and Copper Operation, located in Vilabouly District, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR. We are committed to the development of Laos through our production of cooper and gold, whilst striving for business excellence throughout the business. In 2024, our planned production is 6,200 kg of Gold and 5,305 tonnes of Copper.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us during the growth phase of our business and champion diversity through all stages of our recruitment.

In support of this growth, we are looking for Fleet Controller to join our team to deliver on our growth plans, and be a part of this exciting future.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Monitoring Equipment real time (including Production and Auxiliary equipment), drill rigs for both LXML and Contractor, TVS, Ventilation Fan and Pump for UG, Contractor fleet at ROM, truck queuing, excavator hanging and shift change, Loader Monitoring, and UG Emergency monitoring (Firefly)
• Managing production and auxiliary equipment for refueling
• Equipment assignment
• Communication with Maintenance team for equipment down, Supervisor/UG shift boss for pit condition, issue and works related to pit, Geo spotter for new ore (materials, from location to location),  Pump and Genset supervisor, and controller for arranging people for new truck release from Workshop or crib room in case more trucks are required
• Complete the report (Pre-start meeting and equipment’s PM)
• Data Validation shift Fuel, shift stage, shift drill hole for both LXML and Contractor, short shift stage, shift load dump
• Adding and validation ore movement for contract fleet every 3 hours, rehandle, reclaim), etc.

 Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• High school or diploma of business management
• Be able to communicate English is advantage
• Experience in mining operations highly regarded
