In support of this growth, we are looking for the following roles to join our Fixed Plant Maintenance team to deliver on our growth plans and be a part of this exciting future. We are looking for multiple roles to fill in our Fixed Plant Maintenance Department:

Supervisor/Coordinator – Maintenance
• Responsible for our fixed plant equipment ensuring that mechanical maintenance work is completed to schedule and to the required work specifications.
• Review and prepare components for tasks to ensure each team can complete work effectively.
• Guide and develop team members during jobs, assist with troubleshooting on complex tasks.
• Conduct effective pre-start meetings, clearly allocating tasks and identifying risks.
• Communication and escalation of work tasks and key issues to key stakeholders.
• Prepare and share information ready for daily department meetings.
• Communicate equipment status, risks, and work progress to maintenance leadership and stakeholders.

Trade– Electrical, Mechanical & Scaffolding
• Support the safe and reliable operation of fixed plant equipment by undertaking preventative maintenance inspections and planned corrective work.
• Conduct inspections and identify defects, escalating issues to supervisors as required.
• Check that tools and equipment needed for the task are available and good to use.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs, provide practical support during routine maintenance, shutdowns and breakdowns.
• Complete work in accordance with procedures, permits, and safety requirements.
• Communicate task progress and equipment issues to supervisors to support effective follow up work.

Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & IT
• Provide technical support to maintain and improve the performance and reliability of fixed plant equipment and systems.
• Review and prepare technical documents to ensure the team has the right information to safely execute work to the required specifications.
• Assist with data analysis and equipment trouble shooting.

All Position Key Requirements:
• Relevant Trade qualifications, and bachelor’s degrees in engineering disciplines.
• At least 2 years’ previous experience in mining or processing plant operations.
• Good understanding of fixed plant equipment, daily maintenance activities and safe work practices.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings, maintenance plans and engineering documents.
• Good planning, scheduling or coordination skills.
• Confident in practical troubleshooting with a strong approach to solving technical issues.
• Experience working with maintenance, operations, engineering and contractor teams.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with CMMS/Pronto is an advantage.
