Chifeng Gold’s Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) operates the Sepon Gold and Copper Opera-tion, located in Vilabouly District, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR. We are committed to the development of Laos through our production of cooper and gold, whilst striving for business excellence throughout the busi-ness. In 2025, our planned production is 5,703 kg of Gold and 10,010 tonnes of copper.

Reporting to the Senior Reliability, the Engineer – Reliability (Fixed Plant Maintenance) is responsible for enabling fixed plant equipment to perform at budgeted availabilities, performance and costs through the delivery of reliability engineering and asset management activities

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Equipment strategy development.
• Life cycle cost analysis and end of life replacement strategies.
• Equipment downtime and performance analysis.
• Reliability improvement through formal investigations and improvement plans.
• Equipment risk management and contingency planning.
• Verification of equipment strategies and quality deliverables being met.
• Equipment condition monitoring analysis and secondary action improvement.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical
• 5 years maintenance experience in fixed plant process operations.
• Valid driver’s licence (Class B).
• Has strong public speaking and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely through written and oral forms.
• Demonstrated experience in fixed plant maintenance inclusive of critical plant such as Autoclaves, Oxygen Plants, Grinding Mills, slurry pumps, HV (High voltage) electrical equipment, instrumentation and control systems.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a broad number of reliability improvement projects to intended outcomes.
