Chifeng Gold’s Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) operates the Sepon Gold and Copper Operation, located in Vilabouly District, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR. We are committed to the development of Laos through our production of cooper and gold, whilst striving for business excellence throughout the business. In 2025, our planned production is 5,703 kg of Gold and 10,010 tonnes of copper.

Reporting to the Senior Superintendent – Corporate Affairs, the Coordinator CSR is responsible for maintaining daily engagement with government authorities at site, while supporting regulatory matters and managing approval and compliance risks during inspections and project activities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain regular engagement with district and provincial government authorities to support ongoing CSR and stakeholder activities at site.
• Coordinate responses to community concerns, including environmental and social issues, to support stable community relations.
• Support preparation and management of documentation required for government audits, inspections and regulatory reviews.
• Support coordination of CSR and community development projects involving government or external stakeholders.
• Support translation and interpretation of key documents and discussions between English and Lao as required for site operations.
• Support sustainability and ESG reporting through data collection and coordination.
• Support protocol arrangements for government and VIP visits in line with local requirements and company standards.
• Support basic awareness activities related to health, safety and sustainability within local communities.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in CSR, stakeholder relations or community-related roles, preferably in mining, infrastructure or similar environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline, or equivalent experience in CSR, stakeholder or community relations roles.
• Demonstrated experience working with government authorities and local communities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive social and environmental issues.
• Experience supporting regulatory, audit or compliance-related processes.
• Strong English and Lao communication skills, including translation and interpretation where required.
• Background in public protocol, community relations or reputation management will be regarded as an advantage.
• A valid Class B driving license will be an advantage.
