Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) has paid royalty tax for the second quarter of 2025, totaling US$8,998,468.91 to Savannakhet Province.

The handover ceremony was held on the morning of September 15, 2025, at the Savannakhet Provincial Administration Office. The payment was officially received by Mr. Vilaythong Thammavong, Deputy Director of the Provincial Tax Department, in the presence of Mr. Bounchom Oubonpraseuth, Governor of Savannakhet Province, along with representatives from relevant provincial departments. Representing LXML, the royalty payment was handed over by Mr. Saman Aneka, Managing Director, accompanied by staff members of LXML.

On this occasion, Mr. Aneka expressed his gratitude to the Governor and provincial leaders for their continued support. He emphasized that LXML’s royalty contributions demonstrate the company’s commitment to transparency and responsibility, serving as an example for other enterprises operating in the country. Mr. Aneka also congratulated the leadership of Savannakhet Province on the successful completion of the recent Party Congress and extended his best wishes to the newly appointed executive team.

In his remarks, Governor Oubonpraseuth thanked LXML for its consistent and timely tax contributions. He highlighted that LXML has been a model of accurate and high-value payments, which have directly supported the province’s socio-economic development. He noted that Vilabouly District, home to LXML’s operations, has experienced significant growth and is now regarded as a development showcase within Savannakhet Province.
